"White Tank Mountain Regional Park Rally" - February 16-20, 2023


Arizona Airstream Club has prepaid and holds the reservation for the White Tank Mountain Group Camping area for this event. This is a "dry camping" rally.


This is a four-night rally - (It’s Presidents' Day Weekend)

Check in after 1pm on Thursday, Feb 16, 2023
Check out before noon on Monday, Feb 20, 2023

There will be 25 sites available for Registration. This will be dry camping on an open gravel area.

Registered Attendees will pay $22/night/trailer - (payable upon arrival by individual)

The Group Campground features Ramadas, tables, activity court, fire ring, BBQ grills, electric service (at Ramadas, not for RV hookup), restroom with showers. (No hookups or dump station)

We have full use of restrooms, showers, and large ramada at our AAC exclusive area.

Campsite Cost - Registered Attendees will pay $22/night/trailer - (payable upon arrival by individual)
Four-night total camping fee is $88.00.

Rally Fees - The Rally Fee has been set at $26.50 per person and will be "prepaid" during AAC Rally Registration.

2/16 – Thursday – Arrive at Group Campground; Check-in at 1:00

5:00 - 7:00 – Happy Hour in the common area; bring your drink, an appetizer & potluck dish to share, and plates & utensils.

Come enjoy a fire at the firepit

2/17 – Friday   

8 - 9:00 - Continental Breakfast in the common area; Bring your cup of coffee; OJ & plates & utensils will be provided.

Activities on your own:  Visit the Nature Center and Library at the Entrance of the park.  Hike the many trails at the park.  There are trails for all levels of difficulty.  The Waterfall trail is an easy, beautiful hike where you can see petroglyphs and a small waterfall (if there has been rainfall in the area).  Check out the Phoenix area for activities.  Have a picnic or lunch at one of the nearby restaurants.

3:00 – 4:30   Come to the common area and listen to a Ranger from the area talk about the native plants and animals of the desert.  He will be bringing along a few things from the Sonoran Desert for us to look at and will be available for questions.

5:00 - 6:00   Happy hour – BYOB and a light appetizer to share. Bring your own utensils.

6:00 - 8:00 There is a night hike led by the ranger.  **There are only 20 available spots and this is open to the public, so you must call the nature center to sign up – (602) 506-2930**

Dinner on your own.  Check out the many restaurants.

2/18 – Saturday

            8 - 9:00 - Continental Breakfast in the common area; Bring your cup of coffee; OJ & plates & utensils will be provided.

            Activities on your own.

            5:00 – 6:00   Happy Hour – BYOB and an light appetizer to share.

            6:00 – 7:00   Mexican Fiesta Dinner will be provided in the common area. Utensils & plates will be provided.

2/19 – Sunday

            8 - 9:00 - Continental Breakfast in the common area; Bring your cup of coffee; OJ & plates & utensils will be provided.

            Activities on your own.

4:00  - 5:00 - Come watch a demonstration of cooking dirty rice (Diane Rumbo) and cheesecake (Kimberley Hash) in an instant pot and taste samples in the common area.

            5:00 – 7:00   Happy Hour/Potluck in the common area: bring your drink, an appetizer & potluck to share, and plates & utensils.

2/20 – Monday   - Check out and we’ll see you down the road!

Cancellations: (AAC Cancellation Policy)

Simple Concept: If your cancellation results in a cost to the club, you will absorb the cost. The club does not plan the rallies and rally fees to make money, nor should the club be expected to lose money.

If you decide to cancel your Attendance please cancel by notifying Arizona Airstream Club of your cancellation. Do not attempt to cancel with White Tank Mountain Campground. Arizona Airstream Club has prepaid and holds the reserved sites for this event.
