To complete your nonrefundable registration, your $225.00 payment [an excellent value] for your site, which the Club prepaid, is due to Bruce Nutt by November 22, 2023.
This Rally is at an optimum viewing location for the eclipse, which may draw large crowds from places outside the area. While our Club has reserved an exclusive and fenced area for our use, it may be challenging to travel on roads due to traffic congestion from the many visitors who may come to the place. Infrastructure could become strained, resulting in slow response from first responders, cellphone network congestion, and electrical blackouts or brownouts. Hopefully, things will be fine, but the hosts suggest you come fully prepared. You might want to plan on spending Monday night after the Rally to allow congestion to ease. Make those reservations separately with Mike Lovell.
