Grapes & Grains - Sip of Kentucky 15 - 19 May 165 N. Scruggs Lane Frankfort KY 40601 Come join us for the Sip of Kentucky Rally where we will show you how bourbon is made and enjoyed. We have two full days of motor coach tours to 6 distilleries, including box lunches and a catered meal. The motor coach will pick us up at the campground and take us to multiple distilleries on both Thursday and Friday. The rally fee includes: two full days of chartered bus transportation to more than 6 different distilleries for tours and tastings, several evenings of happy hours, a catered Mexican meal, and we are trying to line up a speaker for the Frankfort Bourbon Society. Saturday is an open day to discover Frankfort and possibly add another distillery, winery or brewery visit. If you are planning an additional distillery tour, bear in mind that reservations need to be made 3-4 months in advance. Some suggestions are Glen’s Creek Distillery, and others.

Campsite Reservations are NOT included in the rally fee so call Elkhorn Creek RV Park at 502-695-9154 and mention you are making reservations for Airstream Sip of Kentucky Rally. The campsites range between $202 and $224 for the 4-day rally.

Carter Family Fold / Natural Tunnel Rally 15 - 19 May 1420 Natural Tunnel Pkwy Duffield VA 24244 This rally explores the music and cultural heritage around Bristol, TN / VA (the town is split down the middle). Rally fun includes opportunities to tour a Kentucky coal mine, participate in a ranger-led hike into the Natural Tunnel and for the grand finale for Saturday night there is a visit to the historic Carter Family Fold to visit their historic A.P.Carter Cabin from 1800's and attend a music concert in their historic venue. Mark Twain Cave Campground Choo Choo 16 - 19 May 2459 US-280 West Cordele GA 31015 Located on Lake Blackshear, an 8,600-acre lake, known for Bass fishing, Georgia Veteran’s State Park has a lot to offer. The SAM line train begins inside the park, and travels to Plains, GA, and
Archery and back. Explore Jimmy Carter’s hometown, go shopping, and sample some peanut butter treats. Then travel to Archery, GA, the location of Jimmy Carter’s boyhood home. Andersonville National Historic Site is located 30 miles from the park. A former Confederate prisoner-of-war camp during the Civil War, the NPS has done a great job preserving the location also known as Fort Sumter. Anderson National Cemetery is located on the 26-acre property. The famous Salt Lick Sausage (SL Sausage) is also from Cordele. If you like sausage, this is for YOU.

Mackinac Island is near the Michigan Upper Peninsula, and is full of charm and beauty, located right where Lakes Michigan and Huron come together.  While there are hotels and homes on the island, it is only accessible by ferry and does not allow motorized vehicles - horses and bikes are the main modes of transportation on the island.  The island itself is only about 6 miles around and has a small town, roads, trails and several historical sites. There are stores, fudge shops, restaurants, and other attractions on the island.  On the mainland are two towns connected by a bridge, Mackinaw City and St Ignace, both of which are larger towns with shopping, grocery stores, restaurants, and the ferry port.

CAC New Member and Maintenance Rally 16 - 19 May 650 Sky View Ln Larkspur CO 80118 This is the Colorado Airstream Club’s hallmark event of the year. This rally is to welcome new members and will help you learn more about your Airstream! Seminars and hands-on demos will be presented on a variety of topics around your trailer as well as helpful hints for making camping trips fun, safe, and comfortable. This rally is also focused on welcoming new members! There will be time set aside for introductions to other CAC members and to meet the CAC leadership team. There will be plenty of time for open and general discussion, off-site exploring and socializing! All culminating with music and dancing Saturday night.
