The CAC returns this year to celebrate all things Airstream at Jellystone RV Resort in Larkspur. Please note that we have hired professionals to improve the sound quality in the Recreation Hall. We've also heard your comments about a bringing back old CAC favorites to include a swap meet, "open houses" and bring-heavy-appetizers-to-share-happy hours. More on all that as we get closer to the rally.
Got Airstream questions? Find your Airstream answers here. Our experienced professionals are like family to us now and include Airstream of Colorado, Luke Bernander (with his Barstream, of course), and Mark Hembree from MasterTech. Among our newer vendor participants are KleenTank, providing tank service, Torq Lift, MASA insurance and others. Club members speaking on a variety of topics also grace both the stage and any "at trailer" discussion. MJ Wylie returns with her women "only" seminar, Ken Christensen demystifies our club's vital Slack communication tool, and Jim Doering shares more space saving and interior comfort tricks. There will be several breakout discussion groups with single-theme focus, for example a Basecamp owners roundtable. This rally is as interactive and hands on as you wish.
This year we're leaving lots of time for active socializing - pickleball, mini-golf, a local area hike, line-dancing, and happy hours! After you've arrived and set up your rig in your assigned campsite, start greeting and meeting your neighbors in anticipation of Thursday's Kick-Off Happy Hour. Half the group will be providing shared appetizers on Thursday and the other half on Friday. Assignments will be given after registration.
On Friday evening we will mingle and tingle during our swap meet and open trailers. Bring anything, preferably Airstream or camping related, to offer for sale or swap. Peeking into someone else's rig is always fun - anyone wishing to open up their trailer is encouraged to do so. After wandering around, stop back for another group-provided shared appetizer buffet and lots more socializing.
Saturday is our grand finale and we'll hang out together after a Pizza (and salad!) Party group dinner to enjoy entertainment from the seasoned musical duo, the Mitguards.
The total cost for 3 nights including all fixed costs, CAC fees is $383. This reflects the increased 2026 Jellystone campground fee.
The cost for anyone to participate without bringing their trailer ("walk-in") is $25 per person whether you come for any or all of it. "Walk ins" can buy into the Pizza Party as well in addition to their $20 entry fee.
Jellystone Resort has a full restaurant on property that will be open during our rally, should you like a sit-down meal at any point. All campground amenties can be found on their website.
Saturday's pizza dinner offers 2 slices of pizza and a garden salad for $19 per person, which includes tax, gratuity and banquet service fee. You MUST sign up for this on the registration form. We will not be able to accommodate those who decide they'd like dinner once they arrive at the rally. We will be checking off paid names at the door.
PLEASE SAVE YOUR CONFIRMATION EMAIL WHICH CONTAINS YOUR RESPONSES.
The Mitguards take the stage in the Recreation Hall immediately following the Pizza Party. All are welcome.
Jellystone contracts with Santiago's, Colorado's famous Mexican chain known for its delicious, affordable breakfast burritos and will have them available for purchase on both Friday and Saurday morning for $9.00 (including tax and gratuity). Please indicate your interest to assure enough are ordered and the resort does not run out before you arrive to purchase yours.
Coffee will be provided each morning.
We will be communicating via our Slack channel both before and during the rally. The channel will be created once we obtain each registrant's email address. There will be an opportunity to learn how to use the channel once you arrive at the rally.
