- Cheque (cutoff date is July 18, 2022): Fill out this form and click "Submit" to email your registration request to the event registrar. Create a cheque with $125.00 as its value and payable to WBCCI Ontario Canada Unit, postdated no later than the cutoff date, and mail it to John Walton, 18 Green Gable Pl, Woodstock ON N4T 1T6. Please ensure that it is received before the cutoff date.
