2025 Viking Trail Caravan

Come join us for a 55 day Newfoundland adventure. Take in the unique culture of the incredible people who call the “Rock” home.  Begin your journey with a ferry float from North Sidney, Nova Scotia to Channel-Port aux Basques, Newfoundland.  Follow footsteps of indigenous peoples to the Viking’s landing.  Learn how the cod rush led to the first European inhabited settlements.  Appreciate Newfoundlanders’ WW2 role and their 9/11 assistance.  Enjoy good food and music, live shows, museums and Canadian National Parks.  Opportunities to hike in rugged terrain, kayak, cod jig, zip line, ATV tour and of course search for whales and icebergs.  Photograph puffins and moose and breathtaking scenery.  Your adventure will be amazing.

Your rigs must be in good working order as we will be traveling in remote rugged areas where services are limited. We will have a few stops that will not have electric, water and/or sewer.  You should be prepared to “boondock” for a few days.  Plan for weather to be sunshine, “mauzy”, cool and rain.  Recommend summer wear, rain gear and clothes to layer. 

Big Red Numbers must be displayed in some fashion on the front of your rig to be visible from a reasonable distance.

Cancellation Fee:$100 plus non-recovered expenses
