Arizona Passing the Torch Rally - (and Holiday Celebration)

We will end our year as we started it last year, with a 2-night stay in our Rolling Silver Castles at the Birds and Barrels Vineyard at Willcox, Arizona, where owner Monica Preston has welcomed us again with open arms. In addition to a "Holiday Luncheon" on Saturday, along with installation of the 2025 Executive Board, we will begin with a "Welcome Potluck" on Friday, and your Executive Board will again do breakfast on Sunday morning. Wine tastings! Games of Chance and Skill! Cookie Exchange!

Summary:

Friday: Welcome Happy Hour and Potluck;

Saturday: Fun and Games, Wine Tastings, Holiday Luncheon and 2025 Executive Board Installation, Cookie Exchange;

Sunday: Executive Board Breakfast, Pack Up, Hitch Up, Say Farewell, See You Down the Road

We will be dry camping for this event, so bring your full water tanks and your generator if needed.

If you just want to come to the luncheon on Saturday at 1:00 PM, and not camp, you will still need to register and specify "Luncheon Only" in the registration form.

This will be a fun way to finish out 2024!

Arizona Airstream Club holds the reserved sites for this event.

This is a Dry Camping Event on the grounds of the Birds and Barrels Vineyard. The number of Airstreams allowed will be 50.

If you are not camping and simply want to attend the Holiday Italian Luncheon and New Officer Installation Ceremony on Saturday, December 7th, fill and submit the Registration and Payment Form. You will select the "Luncheon Only" option on the Registration Form.

For the White Elephant Exchange:

Each person who wants to participate in the White Elephant gift exchange should bring a wrapped gift - it can be a gift you received but can’t use, a treasure that you have but no longer use or need, or a purchased item valued at $15 or less. If you’ve played this game before, you might remember that the gifts are all placed together and we will take turns choosing gifts from the pile, (we will draw numbers to determine the order). You can choose from the unwrapped pile, or you can choose to “steal” a gift that someone else has already opened - then they get to choose or “steal” another gift to replace it. Once an item has been “stolen” 3 times it is no longer eligible to be chosen.
