Arizona Vineyard Rally - (and Holiday Celebration)
At the December Rally, we will be celebrating a fun 2023 camping year and welcoming the new officers for 2024. Rather than doing just a luncheon for this event, we will be celebrating all weekend starting on Friday afternoon and finishing up on Sunday morning. This two-night rally will take place at the expansive vineyards at the Birds and Barrels Winery in Willcox, AZ. We will be dry camping for this event, so bring your full water tanks and your generator if needed.
If you just want to come to the luncheon on Saturday at noon, and not camp, you will still need to register and specify "Luncheon Only" in the registration form.
This will be a fun way to finish out 2023!
Arizona Airstream Club holds the reserved sites for this event.
This is a Dry Camping Event on the grounds of the Birds and Barrels Vineyard. The number of Airstreams allowed will be 50.
If you are not camping and simply want to attend the Chuckwagon Lunch and New Officer Installation Ceremony on Saturday, December 2nd, fill and submit the Registration and Payment Form. You will select the "Luncheon Only" option on the Registration Form.

Friday, December 1
Noon Arrival
1:00pm - Free to tour other local wineries
5:00pm - Group Welcome - Bring heavy hors d’oeuvres to share and your own beverage
Saturday, December 2
8:00am - Member Breakfast prepared by Club Officers
9:30am - End of Year Cornhole Tournament
Noon - Chuckwagon Lunch and New Officer Installation Ceremony - open to all Registered ACI members including those not camping at this rally. Lunch will include BBQ Brisket - OR - Pulled Chicken Sandwich (need to specify when registering), Cowboy trail beans, coleslaw, and Apple Crisp for Dessert all at an authentic 135 year old Cowboy Chuck Wagon.
1:30pm - Wine Tasting at Birds and Barrel Winery. Sit on the patio, listen to live music! Relax and enjoy the winery.
5:00pm - Happy Hour, (bring left overs) - and cookies for a cookie exchange!

Departures by noon
The winery has room for 50 trailers. There will be no charge for the camping.

Cancellations: (AAC Cancellation Policy)
Simple Concept: If your cancellation results in a cost to the club, you will absorb the cost. The club does not plan the rallies and rally fees to make money, nor should the club be expected to lose money.There is a strict AAC "Rally Fee" cancellation policy. (Cancellation within 30 days of the Rally will result in forfeiture of the "Rally Fee".)
For this Event Only, Attendance Cancellations after November 16, 2023 will forfeit the Event/Rally Fee.
If you decide to cancel your Attendance please cancel by notifying Arizona Airstream Club of your cancellation. Do not attempt to cancel with Birds and Barrels Vineyard. Arizona Airstream Club holds the reserved sites for this event. Attendees willl be assigned sites approximately one week prior to the event.
