RALLY FEES
To be determined (approximately $20).  You will receive an email with the rally fee and link for payment 30 days prior to the rally.

Reservation and Deposit
Attendees must make campsite reservations within the group block NO LATER THAN December 31, 2025.  Sites are available on a first come first serve basis.  Full payment is due at time of booking.

The rate for 3 nights is $152.61 including taxes. A senior citizen discount is available.

Members may add days based on availability at the time of the request.

RESERVING YOUR SITE - no later than December 31, 2025

  1. Call the campground directly at +1 (304) 594-1561 and speak with Jonas McClenahan to make a reservation before the cutoff of December 31, 2025.
  2. Let Jonas know the sites are reserved under Lisa Lichtenstein.
  3. Choose an available site and let Jonas know if you want to arrive earlier or stay later. Our reserved site numbers are 30, 31, 32, 33, 34, 35, 36, 37, 38, 41, 43, 44, 45

Cancellation Policy

Reservations canceled at least 60 days prior to arrival may request a refund for the deposit paid.  Reservations cancelled within 60 days of arrival, the paid deposit will be refunded as a customer credit for a future reservation, provided the guest notifies the state park about the cancellation more than (7) days prior to the reservation date.  Refunds will not be permitted for reservations cancelled within seven (7) days of arrival.  

Please contact Cathy Trimmer prior to cancellation, so that the unit can see if your site can be filled from the waitlist.
