Cancelation policy - IMPORTANT: CANCELLATIONS SHOULD BE MADE WITH THE HOST AND _NOT_ WITH THE CAMPGROUND. Cancel with CAC by contacting the host and we will substitute a member on the wait list. You will receive the refund from the wait-listed member.
If you cannot be replaced and cancel prior to 30 days before the event (June 8) the cost is $15; any cancelation within 30 days of the event will cost you your deposit if you cannot be replaced by a member on the wait list.
