Mountain Man Rendezvous

Departing from our usual format, this is a NO HOST rally. so attendees must reserve their own sites at Yellowstone Trail RV Park  The park is currently closed for the winter season, however, they are holding CAC sites until January 15, 2026.  Email (do not call) the campground at  307camping@gmail.com to reserve your site now. The campground will keep a waiting list of club members in the event of cancellations. 

CAC Sites

6 x premium back-ins - full hook ups, 60ft long with additional parking space
$266.40 including taxes

11 x standard back-ins - full hook ups, 40ft long with additional parking space $249.75 including taxes

Important:  You must inform the campground that you are with the Colorado Airstream Club when making your reservation.

The campground offers a 10% military or veteran discount. 

When the campground shares the list of CAC attendees (likely after days or weeks) we will send everyone a link to register officially.  

A Slack channel for rally communication will be created and enable you to communicate with fellow attendees. You can count an a daily happy hour at the campground.

The Green River Rendezvous was an annual event in the 1830s. Mountain Men, Trappers, Travelers and Indians all gathered in a valley "below the Green" river and bartered, traded, sold, and swapped various items such as skins, pelts, guns, jewelry and whatever else they needed. The event lasted anywhere from a few days to several months and was a time for getting new supplies, renewing acquaintances with old friends, story swapping, drinking and general rowdiness. Pinedale comes alive during the Rendezvous, celebrating its rich history as a hub for the fur trade. Pinedale is known for its access to outdoor recreation, particularly in the nearby Wind River Mountains. It is recognized for a variety of activities like fishing, hiking, drawing visitors for its natural landscapes, glacial lakes, and cultural heritage represented by attractions like the Museum of the Mountain Man. The Museum is not to be missed.

Cancellation Instructions

Cancel directly with the campground.

There is a 5% nonrefundable cancellation fee on all reservations. 

14-day cancellation notice is required for Rendezvous weekend (Thurs-Sun, second weekend of July) and holiday weekends.

No refunds issued after check-in.
