What’s the plan?
Arrive on Thursday, get set up, enjoy shared heavy appetizers and a campfire (weather permitting).
Friday is St Patrick’s Day. Wear your green and visit the small-town fun in Hico. Friday night we’ll share a traditional Irish meal with Irish stew, corned beef/cabbage, soda bread colcannon & other Irish delights.
Saturday starts with a full Irish breakfast; then venture to Dublin TX for their St Patrick’s festival or wonder the area or just relax with friends.
Saturday night we can break out the green beer, Irish whiskey, and some hearty soups.
Sunday, after a continental breakfast, we need to say “Slan Leat” and “May the road rise to meet you.”
