Jonathan Dickinson State Park is the largest State Park in Southeast Florida. It boasts approximately 150 full hook up campsites. The park features a number of natural habitats and the scenic Loxahatchie River. The United States had a top secret radar training camp at the site during World War ll. Park amenities include bicycling, a mountain bike trail, an educational center, restaurant, boat tours of Trapper Nelson’s homestead, canoeing/kayaking, swimming, and nature trails.

The reservation window will open 8:00AM March 18, 2025 for Florida residents. We encourage you to book your site now as the state parks do book up. You may want to use the strategy some use for the Canopener Rally and book an earlier arrival date to ensure getting a site. Non-Florida Residents should book as soon as April 18, 2025 or a few days prior for an early arrival. Feel free to book either loop but Pine Grove (PG) has more sites so possibly a better chance for us to be closer together.
