NEAC's Rollin' on the River Rally

We’ll be in the rally field and pavilion at the beautiful Travelers Woods of New England in Bernardston, MA – a great location central to New England and with plentiful restaurants, attractions, hiking, covered bridges and more.

NOTE: main PA gear will be provided – if you have an additional mixer, mics, cables, other ways to amplify your sound please bring with you.  We’ll reach out for additional details before the rally!
Rally Schedule:
• Friday  - Arrivals any time after 2:00 p.m.
o 5:00ish - Happy Hour/Pot Luck Heavy Appetizers for Dinner & Sharing
o 6:00ish to 9:00ish - Live Music Open Mic style in the Pavilion with Campfire
• Saturday
o 8:00ish – Breakfast Provided; Round Robin Introductions and Local Tips for the Day
o OPTIONAL: 2:30ish – for those who would like to join in a group playing of 3-4 songs that evening, we’ll have a rehearsal together for an hour or so – songs and chords will be provided in advance
o 4:30 – 5:30 – Happy Hour hosted by Your Hosts – (note: this is a change from original plans – we intend to have the Magic Fluke folks at an upcoming rally but this one didn’t work out) – Tess, Sue, and Steve will be providing some brews and snacks to sample & enjoy!
o 5:30ish - Make your own dinner and bring to the Pavilion for 6:00
o 6:30ish to 10:00 – NEAC Music Blowout!  More songs, more fun, more campfire, possibly more cowbell, and a collective closing as one smokin’ band!
• Sunday – 8:00 – Continental Breakfast Provided and Farewells!
