Camping fees are by the night.  When you register, you can indicate what nights you plan to stay and will be charged accordingly.  The campgrounds are relatively level – just a short walk from the hall.  There are 30 sites with 30-amp service and water and quite a few spots without services.  There are no showers.  Toilets will be available when the hall is open.  There’s a good dump station on site. 

While you may arrive on Thursday and leave on Monday, the actual rendezvous starts on Friday and ends Sunday.  Camping fees are separate from the rally fee. The rally fee will cover the costs of:

  • Breakfast on Saturday and Sunday consisting of fruit and juices, cereals, and assorted baked goods and spreads, as well as the all-essential coffee and tea
  • Refreshments Friday evening
  • Dessert and coffee on Saturday
  • Common costs such as table coverings, dish detergent, printing and other miscellaneous items
  • The hall rental.

On Saturday, dinner will be catered dinner by Pineridge BBQ out of Hensall.  We know from experience that their food is really good!  That cost is separate and you can select it as an option when you register.
