IMPORTANT EVENT NOTES:
- Cost of the meal is $55 per person (guests welcome including UWAC affiliate and visiting ACI members; limit 4 people per Big Red Number/membership).
- We have reserved the Grain Room (3rd floor) at the downtown location of Squatter's Pub for our private event. UWAC has exclusive use of this area for the evening. Dinner will be buffet-style with appetizers.
- Soft drinks are provided, and there will be a cash bar (full bar) in the Grain Room for adult beverages.
PRELIMINARY AGENDA:
6:30 - Appetizers & Socializing
6:45 - Buffet Style Dinner
7:30 - Business Meeting (30 min. or less)
The business meeting should be short-and-sweet with the installation of Danny as UWAC President, and announcement of our other new officers & directors. Most of our board will continue to serve in their existing capacities for 2026. We did receive one nomination for a new 2nd V.P. for 2026 - special thanks to Jeff Wallentine for agreeing to serve in this capacity. Additionally, we have a club member who wants to visit further with attendees about interest in custom UWAC SWAG to gauge possible interest. We will have quick reports from other key directors including Treasurer and Membership. There’s still the opportunity for interested individuals to serve the club in either of these roles: Webmaster and/or Social Media.
