The 2019 WBCCI Delegates Meeting will be conducted July 24, 2019, at the 62nd International Rally in Doswell, Virginia. The meeting will begin at 9:00 AM in the Farm Bureau Center, East Hall, at the Meadow Event Park, 13111 Dawn Boulevard, Doswell, Virginia 23047.
