Saturday, December 3

8:30 AM: Coffee and pastries at pavilion with a brief monthly membership meeting beginning around 9.

10:00 AM – 3:30 PM:  Relax and visit (there will be planned activities at the pavilion for those that want to hang out) or enjoy one of the many things going on in Grapevine.  Grapevine is the Christmas Capital of Texas and downtown is a Holiday wonderland!  If there are children with you (or you are feeling a little bit like a child yourself) the Northpole Express is a fun train ride with Mrs. Claus.  The Gaylord Texan has brought back their famous ice carvings show after a two-year COVID hiatus with this year's theme "Polar Express." Tickets for these events book up so don't delay if this sounds like something you would like to do. There is also a Grapevine Wine Trail that could fill an afternoon!  If you stay at the park, there will be tables for making Christmas garlands, ornaments, and other crafts.  Jack Clyne will demonstrate constructing a beautiful holiday Charcuterie Board.  There are also numerous bike and hiking paths around the lake.

4:00 PM: Meet at the Texas Star Dinner Theatre (816 S. Main St., Grapevine, 76051; if we carpool from Vineyards parking might be easier). Dinner and show begin at 4:30 and complete around 7:00. Reservations have been made and purchased but if you want to go and didn’t sign up, go online to see if tickets are available or call 817-310-5588 ($72.00 per person).  Those not attending the dinner theater have numerous restaurant options in the Grapevine area.

7:30 PM: Hot toddies, hot chocolate, in the pavilion with s’mores and the White Elephant Gift Exchange. If you want to participate bring a wrapped gift. Gifts can be gag or useful but should relate to Airstreaming in some way. Gift prices should be limited to $0-$25.

Sunday, December 4

8:00 AM: Coffee and donuts at pavilion, collect your souvenir tree ornament, and Happy Holiday send-offs.
