- Interac e-transfer: Fill out this form and click "Submit" to email the completed form to the event registrar. Log in to your on-line banking account, and send an Interac e-transfer for the "Total Cost" to 124registrar1@gmail.com.
- Cheque (cutoff date is April 30, 2024): Fill out this form and click "Submit" to email your registration request to the event registrar. Create a cheque with the "Total Cost" as its value and payable to WBCCI Ontario Canada Unit, postdated no later than the cutoff date, and mail it to John Gough, 457 Drake Circle, Waterloo, ON N2T 1L1. Please ensure that it is received before the cutoff date.
- Note: Any non-Interac registrations after the cutoff date will need to be paid by cash or Interac e-transfer at the event. Note that if this is the case, you will not be guaranteed any catered dinners.
