This rally fills rapidly. If you don’t get in initially please add your name to the waitlist on the registration form so we can keep you updated through the summer when cancellations occur.
Colorado CAC has reserved the entire campground for the nights of September 4, 5, 6, 7, 8. Departure on Monday, Sept. 9
Camping fees are $276.
There will be a combination of full and partial hookups and dry campsites at the River Camp campground. They will be assigned by your host on a first come, first served basis as reservations are booked for the rally. The rate for all campsites is the same and are a flat rate covering a full 5 nights.
No partial nights can be reserved.
Reservations will be made through the Colorado Airstream Club for the four-night segment of the rally. For those who want to arrive before or stay after the rally, you will need to contact the campground directly after you have made your reservation through the club.

This event is hosted by club member, Steve Libhart, whose family were original settlers in the White River Valley/Meeker Colorado.
On Friday September 6th, join us for a leisurely drive up the White River Valley for cocktails and dinner at the Trappers Lake Lodge.
There will be many things to do in the area such as horseback riding, fly fishing class, along with visits to the local museum (great Colorado history) and enjoying the hospitality of the folks in this beautiful part of Colorado.
Most meals will be on your own and a list of local restaurants will be provided. A detailed agenda will be available closer to the dates of the rally. There will be an evening cocktail hour at the campground each night.

Spectator dogs are not allowed on the Meeker Classic Grounds.

Trappers Lake Lodge Information:
Dinner on Friday, September 6th, at 5pm; early arrivals between 3:00 and 5:00 can relax on the porch for a refreshing (cash bar) Happy Hour cocktail and appetizers at a discounted price.
Dinner choices are:
- Herb encrusted Prime Rib Dinner
- Savory Grilled Eggplant (vegetarian option)
- Trappers Lake Lodge signature side dishes. Warm Hawaiian rolls with homemade cinnamon butter, fresh green salad with choice of dressing, garlic butter mashed potatoes, and homemade creamed corn.
The cost includes the meal, dessert, one non-alcoholic beverage, tax and gratuity @ $59 per person.
