WHAT IS ANGEL FIRE?

Angel Fire is a luxury resort in the beautiful Northern New Mexico.

RESERVATIONS: 

Reservations shall be made by individual guests based on availability within the group block. Reservations can be made by calling 575-377-4470 and mentioning they are part of the Four Corners Airstream Group. The 4CU will use the code system again, so that members do not call prior to rally registration, to book their site.

Group RV Rate:

25 Sites will be reserved upon completion of the contract and will be held through

10:00 pm May 1, 2025. Sites are booked with a $90.00+ tax per night rate. The group member can reserve the site up to one week prior and one week after rally dates for the $90.00+ tax per night rate.

CHECK IN AND CHECK OUT:

Check in is at 1pm. Guests will check-in at the Gatehouse to receive site information.

Check out time will be no later than 11am on the scheduled date of departure.

RV RESORT DEPOSITS & CANCELLATIONS:

DEPOSIT: 50% of the total cost is due at booking; remaining balance is collected the day of arrival.

CANCELLATION: $50 cancellation fee ($100 for Buddy Sites) will apply to all cancellations. Canceling 72 hours prior to arrival, your deposit will be refunded minus the $50 cancellation fee. Canceling within 72 hours of your arrival your deposit is non-refundable. No-Shows will also forfeit your deposit.

OTHER CHARGES, TAXES AND SURCHARGES: The individual is responsible for all applicable NM Gross Receipts Tax, and NM Lodging Tax.
