Arizona Airstream Club - End of Year Holiday Rally
Rally Fee: $60.00 per person
Lunch Only Fee: $50 person
Monica and Chad will have several Birds & Barrels wines available in the tasting room throughout our visit. Individual glasses and bottle are available for your purchase.
Friday 12/5:
1 pm arrival / Wine tasting - after setup, enjoy wine tasting at the Birds & Barrels Club House
5 pm Appetizers - Bring heavy appetizers to share. Utensils and plates provided
Saturday 12/6:
8:30 am Breakfast Burritos - Prepared by Trish and her team. Utensils and plates provided along with the burritos. Bring your own coffee or juice.
9:00 am Games (Axe Throwing, Frisbee Golf, Viking Bowling, etc.) - Several games will be set up for anyone who would like to grab other members and play! Feel free to bring other games to the Club House.
12:00 pm Catered Lunch - Big Tex BBQ - Includes your choice of BBQ brisket or chicken, salad & dressing, baked potatoes and sour cream. Utensils and plates provided
12:45 pm December Birthday Celebration with cake.
1:00 pm Installation of 2026 AAC Officers/Annual Meeting.
2:00 pm Wine Tasting/Games
6:00 pm Light Potluck & Leftovers/Holiday Cookie Exchange/Wine Tasting - bring a light dish/appetizer to share and 2-3 dozen holiday cookies for a cookie exchange. Utensils and plates provided. Enjoy the evening!
Sunday 12/7
Depart by 11 am. Safe Travels!
Need to cancel?
We get it—plans change! But if canceling costs the club, you’ll need to cover that expense. AAC rallies aren’t about making money, but we also can’t take a loss.
If you cancel within 30 days of the rally, the Rally Fee is non-refundable.
To cancel, please notify the Arizona Airstream Club (AAC) directly—don’t contact Tusayan - Montane Campground. AAC has already prepaid for the reserved sites, which will be assigned about a week before the event.
If you need to cancel, just fill out the Event Registration Cancellation Form. Thanks for understanding!
