Arizona Airstream Club - Vegas: "Lights, Camera, Action!" - 2024
Adventure to Vegas for a "Lights, Camera, Action!" themed rally at the KOA Sam's Town from Nov 7-10, 2024. Join your fellow Streamers for an urban adventure. The rally includes group access to the Neon Museum, a Murder Mystery evening at the KOA ala 1930's Old Hollywood and 2 breakfasts. We have some optional plans to visit Fremont Street, the Container District for some Street art. And you may optionally join your hosts to check out the Mob Museum. There is a pool and hot tub at the KOA, and it's a 5-minute stroll next door to visit Sam's Town hotel, with its movie theaters, Bingo, casino, restaurants, and more.
We must book at least 20 sites to get the discounted rate. But they may have more available. Call and make your campground reservation before Registering for the rally with Arizona Airstream Club.
RALLY FEE:
$119.00/person includes Neon Museum admission, Murder Mystery Event Dinner, 2 breakfasts, swag and prizes.
Discounted KOA rates for the rally:
- There will be one rate - $253.12 for a 40-ft pull thru site.
- This includes the 20% discount and tax.
To be part of the group:
- Call 702-454-8055 and ask for Cheri the Group Coordinator, and let her know you are part of the Arizona Airstream group.You MUST call to reserve. Otherwise, the booking won't count toward our minimum 20-site group reservation.
- Please Call Monday-Friday from 8am-2pm AZ time.
- *You will not be assigned an exact site number until we arrive.
- *20% discount does not apply to add-on days. If you've gotten a discount by accident, I would not say anything.
- *We are not eligible for the 10% KOA discount on top of the group rate, if you happen to be a member of KOA.
Note: This is the KOA Journey at Sam's Town on Boulder Hwy.

THURS, NOV 7
Arrivals – KOA Check-in is 1:00PM.
6:30PM Meet & Greet - After Dinner “Flamingling” Drinks & Dessert – Bring your beverage and maybe a dessert to share. Some pies will be provided by Mike’s Pie Hole. Pick up your swag bag and say hello.
FRI, NOV 8
8:30AM “Pot-Lucky” Breakfast (BYO potluck breakfast item, beverage, utensils, plates)
Optional 10AM (ish) – Join your hosts for a Fremont Street/Container District Urban Art experience (or similar) (separate cost)
4:15PM Carpool to Neon Museum (arrive by 4:45PM)
5:00PM Neon Museum - Group Admission (included)
After 6PM (ish) – Your night, your way. (your dinero)
SAT, NOV 9
8:30-9:30AM Grab & Go Back to Bed Breakfast (included)
Optional 10AM (ish) – Join your hosts and visit the Mob Museum. Afterwards, we may organize a Bingo Balls & Beverages tournament back at Sam’s Town casino. (separate cost)
A Glamping Whodunnit Soiree at our KOA host site:
• 5PM – Dinner & Dessert (included) [pre-order your entrée choice]
• 5:30-7:30PM – “Best Laid Plans” – a 1930’s Old Hollywood Murder Mystery Event (included). Prizes for best dressed in 1930’s fashion.
After 7:30PM (ish)– You do you.
SUN, NOV 10
8-9AM Grab & Go Leftover Lottery Breakfast (included)
Departures - KOA Check-out 11AM.

Cancellations: (AAC Cancellation Policy)
Simple Concept: If your cancellation results in a cost to the club, you will absorb the cost. The club does not plan the rallies and rally fees to make money, nor should the club be expected to lose money.
There is a strict AAC "Rally Fee" cancellation policy. (Cancellation within 30 days of the Rally will result in forfeiture of the "Rally Fee".)
If you decide to cancel your Attendance please cancel by notifying the RV Campground, then notify Arizona Airstream Club of your cancellation.
Cancelling with AAC does not cancel your RV Campground Reservation and you will be subject to their billing and cancellation policies.
For this Event, if you need to cancel your attendance do so directly with KOA Journey Sam's Town.
Then contact Arizona Airstream Club (Cancellation Form) to notify the Club of your cancellation so that we know not to expect you.
