Dead Horse Ranch State Park

September 14 - 17, 2023

Arizona Airstream Club has reserved 31 Quail Loop sites: (1,2,3,7,8,9,10,11,13,14,15,20,21,22,23,24,26,28,29,30,31,32,34,35,36,37,38,39,43,44,45)

The remaining sites were either already reserved or had height or length restrictions that would not allow us to offer them for use at this Rally.

Arizona State Parks has implemented a new Reservation system and changed the price structure for campsites and reservation fees. At Dead Horse Ranch State Park the nightly fee has been set at $35.00 and a reservation fee of $3.20 is added. The 3-night campsite cost at Dead Horse Ranch State Park is $111.75 (includes processing fees).


YOU WILL MAKE PAYMENT FOR THIS REGISTRATION THRU ARIZONA AIRSTREAM CLUB.

The Rally Fee for this event will be $86.95 per adult (age 13 and older). (Includes two (2) full breakfasts and the Friday evening hamburger, veggie burger and hot dog (main course) dinner - and - the  Blazin M Ranch Dinner ShowThis Dinner Show is not an Option; it is part of the Rally and is included in the Rally Fee. (Children age 5 to 12 are $34.30; children 4 and younger are free).

The Blazin M Ranch Dinner Show ticket includes Dinner, Show, Gratuity, Roping Lessons and Tractor Pulled Wagon Ride.

An Optional Pre-Paid Event Selection will be a one hour horse ride at $67.25 for the hour (includes processing fees).

An Optional Pre-Paid Event Selection will be the Verde Canyon Railroad Tour - at $123.00 per passenger (includes processing fees).


ALL ASPECTS OF YOUR TRAIN RIDE EXPERIENCE WILL BE COORDINATED DIRECTLY WITH HEIDI.

Verde Canyon Railroad cancellation policy is:

  • Cancellations after August 31, are not refunded.

BLAZIN M RANCH CANCELLATION POLICY

Our contract with Blazin M Ranch requires that if you cancel your attendance at this Rally after September 1st, and we are not able to find a replacement for your attendance, you will forfeit the Blazin' M portion of the Rally Fee.

Since any cancellation after September 1st is within the 30 day AAC Cancellation Policy, this would mean the entire Rally Fee would be forfeited.


RALLY SCHEDULE -

Thursday (September 14, 2023)

5:00PM - Happy Hour -> Meet and greet; Bring some finger foods to share. Most of us will make dinner of this so bring something hardy! Please let Heidi know what you are bringing.


Friday (September 15, 2023)

8:00AM - Full Breakfast -> Biscuits and gravy, eggs, fruit... (Park Ranger will join us and talk about the Park)

Enjoy the lake, go fishing, take a hike, visit the surrounding area, explore Tuzigoot Monument...

12:30PM - Verde Canyon Railroad -> Meet at the Depot (returns at 4:45) (optional activity $123)

3:00PM - Let the Games Begin! -> Gather at the Ramada for dominoes, scrabble or cards.

5:00PM - Happy Hour/Dinner -> We will grill hamburgers, hot dogs and veggie burgers. You bring the sides and fixings. Please let Heidi know what you are bringing.

Saturday (September 16, 2023)

Breakfast on your own

9:00AM - Horseback Ride -> Join Heidi for a ride! ($67.25 for an hour ride) (Use the Registration Form Optional Event selections to sign-up and pay for this Optional Event) (Heidi will reserve a horse for you)

11:00AM - Troy's Leather making Workshop -> Join Troy in making a belt, purse, pouch, bookmark...Troy has all the stamps and supplies; you will pay Troy directly for what you choose.

5:00PM - Blazin M Ranch (Gates Open)
6:30PM - Dinner Show -> Western Dinner Show at Blazin M Ranch ($56.95) This Dinner Show is not an Option; it is part of the Rally and is included in the Rally Fee.

Blazin M Ranch - The gates of our Frontier Town open at 5:00pm. You’ll find a real western saloon, axe throwing, bull riding, wagon rides, shopping, ropin lessons, and other fun activities for people of all ages! (Extra charge)

At 6:30pm, we ring the dinner bell and serve up a delicious Chicken & Rib Dinner with home-made biscuits, prickly pear coleslaw, and a baked potato, all served with Iced Tea, Lemonade and Water! (included)

Then at 7:30, after a scrumptious dessert, the lights dim and the Western Stage Show begins! The Blazin’ M Wranglers play an array of western hits, including songs by Chris Stapleton, Jerry Lee Lewis, Kenny Rogers, Bob Willis & The Texas Playboys, and a few of their own! (included)

8:00AM - 10:00AM - Full Breakfast -> Pancakes, bacon and eggs, fruit...

Cancellations: (AAC Cancellation Policy)

Simple Concept: If your cancellation results in a cost to the club, you will absorb the cost. The club does not plan the rallies and rally fees to make money, nor should the club be expected to lose money.

There is a strict AAC "Rally Fee" cancellation policy. (Cancellation within 30 days of the Rally will result in forfeiture of the "Rally Fee".)

Registered Attendees holding an AAC Reserved Campsite: If you decide to cancel your Attendance please cancel by notifying Arizona Airstream Club of your cancellation. Do not attempt to cancel an AAC reserved site with Dead Horse Ranch State Park Campground. Arizona Airstream Club has prepaid and holds the 31 reserved sites for this event.

Attendees will be assigned sites approximately one week prior to the event.
