1) The four nights held for us are April 20, 21, 22, 23, 2023
2) The average cost per night is $55.00 / $220 total. No additional fees or taxes. (Expect to guarantee your reservation with an $82.00 deposit on a major credit card; however, the TOTAL of your 4 night stay will be $220.00.)
3) Standard occupancy is limited to 2 adults, 2 children & 2 pets per site. If you have additional adults or pets, an additional fee of $2.50 per night per person/pet is charged.

Arizona Airstream Club IS NOT handling the RV camping site reservations for this rally.
To get your campsite at our rally:
- Reserve NOW by phone - (760)-767-0004
- Identify as an Airstream Club member; All reservations must be guaranteed by a one-night stay on a major credit card. Reservations without deposits are NOT considered confirmed.
- After you reserve your campsite at The Springs at Borrego, register online with the Arizona Airstream Club.
- If you decide to cancel your Attendance please cancel with the RV campground, then notify AAC.
- Cancelling with AAC does not cancel your RV campground site and you will be subject to their billing and cancellation policies.
Food and Entertainment:
Rally Fee: $21.00 (per person) -
There is a strict AAC "Rally Fee" cancellation policy. (Cancellation within 30 days of the Rally will result in forfeiture of the "Rally Fee".)
Borrego Springs Rally Schedule
4/20 – Thursday – Arrive at Borrego Springs RV Resort; Check-in starts at 2:00pm
The Borrego Springs RV Resort includes many amenities including a pool, 9-hole golf course, tennis and pickle ball courts, stargazing court and more. See website for more details. (The Springs at Borrego)
5:00pm - 6:00pm – Meet and Greet at Trailer site 308. Bring your own drinks and an appetizer to share.
We will then go to the amphitheater located in the park to hear a presentation from Calder Hall, an interpretive staff member from the Anza Borrego State Park.

4/21 – Friday
8:00am - 9:30am - Coffee and Hot Tea. Cinnamon Muffins and fruit. This is a grab and go breakfast so campers can begin their exploration of the largest State Park in California.
Activities on your own: There are many hiking trails in the area. The 9-hole golf course and the resort is very nice. Bring your clubs and make reservations. There are many 4-wheel drive roads in the area. Take advantage of the resort amenities.
4:00pm - Drive into Borrego Springs at 4:00 PM and visit Galleries, and shops before going to Carmelita's Mexican Grill. We are expected, but order off the menu and each person will pay for their meal.
4/22 – Saturday
8:00am - 9:30am - Continental Breakfast in the common area; The same menu as Friday. Coffee and Hot Tea. Cinnamon Muffins and fruit.
Grab and go; see and do something unique. Some may go to the mountain town of Julian or Slot Canyon. If it is cool, take a hike or enjoy the amenities in the resort.
9:00am – Off road drive group led by Tom Sheffield. Meet at the common area for a briefing, then drive your own trucks on some of the nearby trails.
5:00pm – 8:00pm Happy Hour and POTLUCK DINNER– BYOB, Utensils and a PotLuck Dish to share. There may be some Julian Apple pie.
4/23 – Sunday
8:00am - 9:30am - Breakfast; Pancakes with sides of sausage and fruit.
Activities on your own.
Lunch and dinner are on your own. I am sure some will be preparing meals trailer side and that is encouraged. After dinner come by site # 308 and talk about the Rally. If it is a repeat Rally, then preliminary arrangements can be made.

4/24 – Monday - This is get-away day but coffee and hot tea as well as muffins and fruit will available to take on the road.
The Springs at Borrego RV Resort Cancellation Policy
$25.00 Non-refundable charge
The Springs at Borrego RV and Golf Resort require a 72-hour cancellation notice prior to the arrival date in order to have the reservation deposit refunded minus the $25.00 non-refundable cancellation fee. If the reservation is canceled less than 72 hours prior to the arrival date, the guest will forfeit their deposit. For long-term reservations, the cancellation must be made 30 days prior to the arrival date to receive a refund of the deposit.
All reservations must be guaranteed by a one-night stay on a major credit card. Reservations without deposits are NOT considered confirmed. Prior to confirmation, all rates are subject to change without notice & based upon limited availability.
There is only one discount allowed per stay. If you are booking a promotional package, your discount is already built into the package. There are limited discounts allowed during our high season of mid-January through mid-April.
Check-in time for RV sites is at 2:00 pm & Park Model Check In is at 3:00pm
Check out time is 12:00 pm.
We will make every effort to fulfill your preference requests for certain sites; however, WE DO NOT GUARANTEE SPECIFIC SITES. We can guarantee that you will have the same type of site that you originally booked.

AAC Cancellations: (AAC Cancellation Policy)
Simple Concept: If your cancellation results in a cost to the club, you will absorb the cost. The club does not plan the rallies and rally fees to make money, nor should the club be expected to lose money.

If you decide to cancel your Attendance please cancel by notifying the RV Campground, then notify Arizona Airstream Club of your cancellation.
Cancelling with AAC does not cancel your RV Campground Reservation and you will be subject to their billing and cancellation policies.
For this Event, if you need to cancel your attendance do so directly with The Springs at Borrego, then contact Arizona Airstream Club (Cancellation Form) to notify the Club of your cancellation so that we know not to expect you.
