Arizona Airstream Club Heber "Stranger Things" Rally 2023
Date: Arrival on Thursday, October 5, 2023
Departure on Sunday, October 8, 2023
Rate: $62/night for full hook ups
Each individual member will book their own reservations. Twenty-eight sites will be held for our members to reserve until August 15, 2023.
Reservations must be booked DIRECTLY by phone with AJ's Getaway Family RV Park and not on the website. The number to call for reservations is (928) 433-8060.
The following sites are being held for the Arizona Airstream Club: 11, 12, 13, 15, 16, 20, 21, 22, 23, 24, 25, 26, 27, 28, 29, 30, 31, 32, 34, 35, 36, 37, 38, 39, 40, 41, 42, 43.
RV PARK CANCELLATION POLICY: If a reservation is canceled more than 2 weeks prior to the arrival date we issue a full refund, minus the non-refundable $25 transaction fee; or Camp Credit in the full amount can be elected. For cancellation of a reservation more than 1 week, but less than 2 weeks, prior to the arrival date we issue Camp Credit for 50% of the payment and the balance is forfeited. For a reservation canceled less than 1 week prior to the arrival date, the full amount of the reservation payment is forfeited. Camp Credit can only be redeemed for one calendar year as the canceled reservation and can only be applied toward your site rental. For reservations paid with a credit card, refunds will be credited to the credit card on file with respect to reservation.
Rally Fee: $29.00 per person - (Includes 1 Breakfast and 1 Pizza Dinner)
TENTATIVE SCHEDULE:
Thursday, Oct 5
Arrive and set up, and receive your welcome bag full of Alien goodies.
5:00 pm - Social Hour - Bring a hearty appetizer
Friday, Oct 6
9:00 am - Breakfast (Flying Saucer pancakes, eggs, bacon, pastries, juice, coffee).
Relax and enjoy the area and park amenities.
Short trip to the area in the forest where Travis Walton was abducted and possible photo shoot at the Phone Booth by Casa Ramos where Travis was dropped off by the aliens.
Dinner on your own - (Suggestions) (Casa Ramos, Red Onion, Bison Ranch)
Movie night: "Fire in the Sky" - the story of Travis Walton’s abduction
Popcorn - Movie candy - Bring your own drink(s) to enjoy
Alien Costume contest. Prizes for the best alien costumes.
Saturday, Oct 7
Breakfast on your own
3:00 pm –Talk by Travis Walton (tentative) in the Community Event area. (tentative)
4:30 pm – Social Hour
5:30 pm – Flying Saucer Pizza and other yummy stuff
Enjoy time around the Community Fire pit
Sunday, Oct 8
Say your good-byes.

Cancellations: (AAC Cancellation Policy)
Simple Concept: If your cancellation results in a cost to the club, you will absorb the cost. The club does not plan the rallies and rally fees to make money, nor should the club be expected to lose money.
There is a strict AAC "Rally Fee" cancellation policy. (Cancellation within 30 days of the Rally will result in forfeiture of the "Rally Fee".)
If you decide to cancel your Attendance please cancel by notifying the RV Campground, then notify Arizona Airstream Club of your cancellation.
Cancelling with AAC does not cancel your RV Campground Reservation and you will be subject to their billing and cancellation policies.
For this Event, if you need to cancel your attendance do so directly with AJ's Getaway Family RV Park, then contact Arizona Airstream Club (Cancellation Form) to notify the Club of your cancellation so that we know not to expect you.
