"White Tank Mountain Regional Park Rally" - February 12-15, 2024
This is a 3-night WEEKDAY Rally! (Arrive Monday, Depart Thursday)
Celebrate Valentine's Day with the Arizona Airstream Club at the White Tank Regional Park. This three night "dry camping" rally will feature pristine desert camping at a Group Site, a catered dinner, campfires at the large fire pit, covered ramadas, group area, and Valentine's Day activities. The park is located in a preserved desert environment that offers trails for all levels.
Arizona Airstream Club has prepaid and holds the reservation for the White Tank Mountain Group Camping area for this event. This is a "dry camping" rally.
- 25 sites available;
- Pay the White Tank Mountain Park Camping Fee of $22.00/night ($66.00 total) at arrival;
- $34.00 Rally Fee/per person
White Tank Rally Schedule:
2/12 – Monday – Arrive at Group Campground; Check-in at 2:00
4:30 – Happy Hour/ bring your drink, a heavy appetizer and plate & utensils.
Come enjoy a fire at the fire-pit
2/13 – Tuesday
8:00 - 9:00 Breakfast in the common area – Mini quiches/Banana Bread; Bring your cup of coffee; OJ & plates & utensils will be provided.
Activities on your own: Visit the Nature Center and Library at the Entrance of the park. Hike the many trails at the park. There are trails for all levels of difficulty. The Waterfall trail is an easy, beautiful hike where you can see petroglyphs and a small waterfall (if there has been rainfall in the area). Check out the Phoenix area for activities. Have a picnic or lunch at one of the nearby restaurants.
3:00 - 4:30 Come to the common area and listen to a Ranger from the area talk about the native plants and animals of the desert. He will be bringing along a few things from the Sonoran Desert for us to look at and will be available for questions.
4:30 - Happy hour – BYOB and light appetizer to share. Bring your own utensils.
6:00 - Mexican Fiesta Dinner (Fajitas) will be provided in the common area. Utensils & Plates will be provided.
7:00 - Love & Marriage Contest – Prizes will be awarded!
2/14 – Wednesday – Valentines Day!
8:00 - 9:00 - Continental Breakfast (yogurt, pastries, sausage) in the common area; Bring your cup of coffee; OJ & plates & utensils will be provided
Activities on your own.
5:00 - 6:00 Happy Hour – BYOB
6:00 - Potluck Bring dish to share. Bring your own utensils. Bring a valentine dessert to share!

Cancellations: (AAC Cancellation Policy)
Simple Concept: If your cancellation results in a cost to the club, you will absorb the cost. The club does not plan the rallies and rally fees to make money, nor should the club be expected to lose money.
There is a strict AAC "Rally Fee" cancellation policy. (Cancellation within 30 days of the Rally will result in forfeiture of the "Rally Fee".)
If you decide to cancel your Attendance please cancel by notifying Arizona Airstream Club of your cancellation. Do not attempt to cancel with White Tank Mountain Park. Arizona Airstream Club has prepaid and holds the reserved sites for this event. Attendees willl be assigned sites approximately one week prior to the event.
