Optional Tour of Heather Gardens Clubhouse:  1:45 – 2:00 p.m.

Optional Visit to Newly Remodeled Russell Apartment:  2:00-3:00 p.m.

This luncheon will be hosted by Carl and Marlene Russell with assistance from Forrest and Patrice McClure. The luncheon will cost $21 and will be limited to 60 persons; the optional clubhouse tour will be limited to 40 persons.

After lunch, Carl will give a presentation on Airstream National Caravans based on the Maple Leaf Caravan in 2013. Following the talk, Carl and Forrest will lead optional tours of the Heather Gardens Clubhouse and after that visitors are welcome to visit Carl and Marlene’s, hopefully, soon to be beautiful, newly-remodeled condominium shown below. Built 1973-1984, Heather Gardens is a 55+ community on 196 acres that has 2,426 units in 35 multi­-story buildings offering 252 duplexes and 64 townhomes.

Heather Gardens is one of the largest retirement communities in Colorado.
