March 2026 Luncheon

Come join us for our 3rd annual delicious taco bar luncheon at the popular Collision Brewing Company in Longmont, Colorado on January 17, 2026. Our guest speaker this year will be Suzanne Chartier, an expert on Artificial Intelligence and how we can use it to enhance our travel planning in our Airstreams.  She will begin speaking at 1:00 PM and will have until 3:00 PM to present her topic and answer any questions.

Arrival time will be 11:00 AM. There will be time to get a drink from the bar in our private meeting room and mingle with our Airstream friends.

The taco bar buffet will be set up by 12:00 PM.  Taco choices will be seasoned ground beef, tequila chicken, and grilled veggies with all the toppings. The taco bar buffet will also include a variety of delicious cookies for dessert. All non-alcoholic beverages are included. Dessert will be assorted cookies. This menu is designed to appeal to a variety of diet requirements.  A private bar in the event room will be a cash bar for all alcoholic drinks.

We must leave our special event room by 3:00 PM.

Price per person for the Taco Bar Buffet will be $40
