We’re excited to welcome you to the Stampede Rally 2025! Here’s a day-by-day rundown of events to make the most of your time at Aspen Crossing
July 3 Extra Event - Stampede Parade
Transportation will be on your own (with guides and directions of course!). Enjoy the world famous parade in the comfort of bleacher seating. Following the parade, you are free to explore downtown for a few hours. Calgary comes alive for Stampede, so have fun immersing yourself in the action. You will need to arrive July 2nd to attend the Parade on July 3rd.
July 4 – Arrival Day
Registration: Drop by the “Rivet Ranch Barn” to pick up your welcome pack and get the low down on what’s happening. This is also the time to meet other Airstreamers and ask questions.
Welcome Dinner: Join us in the greenhouse for a casual welcome dinner. It’s a great chance to meet fellow attendees and kick off the week in good company!
July 5 – Pancake Breakfast & Activities
Start the day with a hearty pancake breakfast, then enjoy a range of activities planned to help you get familiar with the beautiful surroundings and meet fellow rally-goers.
July 6 – Calgary Stampede Adventure (Day Trip)
Hop on the bus for a full day at the legendary Calgary Stampede! The trip includes lunch, live entertainment, and reserved seats for the exciting afternoon show. Experience the thrill of “The Greatest Outdoor Show on Earth!”
July 7 – Calgary Stampede Exploration (Evening Show)
Another day at the Stampede awaits! This time, enjoy free time to explore at your own pace before taking your seat for the evening show, where you’ll see unforgettable performances and a stunning fireworks finale.
July 8 – Private Train Tour
Take a scenic private train tour through Alberta’s breathtaking landscapes. This unique experience offers a memorable way to wrap up our time at the rally.
July 9 – Departure Day
It’s time to pack up and say goodbye until next time! We’ll have coffee and light refreshments available as you prepare for your journey home.
