Here is what we are planning. We will hold a "camping event" at Clifty Falls State Park in Madison, Indiana. The dates will be Thursday, June 10 through Sunday, June 13. Your hosts will be Joe and Julie Ashland. Consider this a "flexible arrival date" event we understand that some people will not be able to be there for the entire event come and stay as much as your schedule permits.Your hosts will be arranging one or perhaps two activities for Thursday (June 10), Friday (June 11), and Saturday (June 12). We are thinking of including a visit to the Lanier Mansion/Madison Visitor Center Museum and a historic walking tour of the town and/or a riding tour (the visitor center offers guides for these sort of things). We are researching to see if there are any boat rides on the Ohio based in Madison, there are two wineries that do tastings if there are people interested in wine. We can organize some board or card games one evening and of course have happy hours and campfires. We will have to wait and see how things are with COVID-19 before we try to plan any group meals at the campground or restaurant meals.
