Friday
- Arrivals any time after noon
- Friday 4 pm happy hour (pot luck finger foods).
- Dinner on your own if you are still hungry
- A campfire informal gathering will begin at 6 pm.
Saturday

- 7:00 am coffee/tea, 8:00 am full breakfast
- NEAC Membership Fall Business Meeting from 8:30-10:00 am
- Enjoy your day exploring or hanging out
- 5 pm BYOB happy hour followed by full dinner provided by hosts
- 8 pm Officer Installation around the fire
Sunday
- 700 am coffee/tea, 730 am light breakfast
- Check out from campground is noon
