Lakeside Escape
Randy and Dawn Truesdell are hosting our November campout at Big Chief RV Resort near Lake Buchanan. November 10-13, 2022.
The park blocked 36 sites and we need at least 15 to qualify for the $45/night Group rate. Activities and schedule are to be determined, but there are a number of things to do in the area, including: Inks Lake SP, Longhorn Cavern SP, Torr Na Lochs Vineyard & Winery, and others. We will have use of the clubhouse at a reduced rate of $25/night with a large enough turnout.
Randy and Dawn are proposing Potluck for those arriving Thursday; and Stew By the Fire on Friday, followed by a shoreline campfire. Saturday following breakfast; group tour options, lunch out, or just visiting,
If you would like to attend, please call their office directly (512) 793-4746 to make your reservation at the group rate and tell them you are with HOTC or Heart of Texas Camping. DO NOT book online, or the group rate will not be honored. Sites are blocked for us until October 27th, when they will be released for other customers.
