Steps to sync your member emails to MailChimp.

1. You will need to create an account with MailChimp.com, basic plans start at $20 a month. (The free account level has lots of limits, Max number of emails 1,000/mo or 500/day)
2. Once logged into your MailChimp account
3. Create a new audience. You can call it whatever you want; we suggest something like “Membership Sync”. This is the audience that all members/affiliates will be synced into. Go to "Audience Dashboard”->Manage Audience->Settings and scroll to the bottom of the page. Copy the “unique audience ID” you see there.
4. Create a new API Key. Click top right on your account image. Select “Account”->Extras->"Api Keys”. Then select “Create A Key”. Call it something like Sync and copy the resulting API Key.

Send the "unique audience ID" the API Key and what club you are with to the ITC and then we can setup the automated sync process.
