PLEASE REMEMBER TO WEAR NAMETAGS FOR GROUP GATHERINGS
If you will be attending and haven’t made your reservations, please let Kathy Welsh (kswelsh8017@gmail.com) know by Monday, June 14 so adequate amounts of food can be ordered for the dinner on Thursday night. Rally fees, $11.00/pp will be collected at the dinner on Thursday evening. Children 12 and under are free. Please pay by check with checks made payable to THE GREATER ST. LOUISAIRSTREAM CLUB
We will have an opportunity to ride an electric trolley around the fairgrounds on Saturday evening. There will be a charge of $3.00/per person to ride the trolley. Tickets will be sold for trolley rides on Thursday evening. In the event of bad weather, the trolley fee will be refunded.
Coffee will be available each morning at host’s campsite (Big Red Numbers 24571) at 8:00 am, please bring your own cups.
THURSDAY, JUNE 17, 2021 5:00 - Dinner at the Theater Building, dinner will be delivered at 5:30. Dinner will include fried chicken, cole slaw and potato salad. PLEASE BRING YOUR OWN TABLE SETTINGS AND DRINKS. lf you are able to bring cookies or brownies for dessert, it would be much appreciated. Rally Fees will be collected and trolley tickets sold upon entering the building.
FRIDAY, JUNE 18, 2021 8:00 Coffee at-hosts campsite. Brochures will be available to showcase the fun things available to see and do in the area. Rest of day free. Please bring any left over desserts to share with the coffee. 7:30 Group Campfire and Ice Cream Social provided by Rita Sachs from Skymed. She will be giving a presentation outlining the benefits of Skymed.
SATURDAY, JUNE 19, 2021 8:00 Coffee at hosts campsite Rest of day free - look at brochures for ideas of day trips. 7:00-8:00 TROLLEY RIDES GROUP CAMPFIRE FOLLOWINGTROLLEY SUNDAY, JUNE 20, 2021 8:00 Coffee at Hosts Table - Rally ends.
