Mischief in Marquette Event Announcement

Isn’t it about time you returned to Marquette, MI for an Airstream event? Or isn’t it about time you went to Marquette, MI for your very first Airstream event?

Wisc-UP #116 is pleased to invite you to the “Mischief in Marquette Rally” to be held August 1,2,3,4 at the Gitche Gumee RV Park, Marquette, Michigan.

First: Reserve a site!

Sites are available by calling Jeff Glass, owner of Gitche Gumee at 906 249-9102 (Office) or 906 250-6123 (Cel).

Please mention that you are with the Wisc-UP Airstream Club and pay for your site. Water & Electric = $59 Full hook up = $69

Rally Fee $25 per person. $10 per child under 12. 
(Sometime next year please register and pay the rally fee.)

THURSDAY ARRIVAL - WELCOME - DINNER - BONFIRE 3 pm Clubhouse Check in and select your Friday Tour 4:30 pm Clubhouse Happy Hour Door Prizes

5:00 pm Jim Koski Learn about Mischief in Marquette
6 pm Welcome Dinner Theatre Building (outdoors if possible)

Bring table service, drinks (optional: bring a dessert to share) Mexican: beef chicken salsa tomato lettuce cheese tortilla shells taco shells chips onion sour cream
7:30 pm BEACH BONFIRE on the shore of Lake Superior

FRIDAY TOUR - PICNIC LUNCH - DINNER OUT - MOVIE 7 AM Coffee & Ginger’s Bakery Clubhouse Bring a cup

9:00 - 3 pm Carpool Trip. Ginger leads a road trip to see the Wooden Troll. $10 per car admission. Along the way, visit 3 or 4 waterfalls: Scott, Alger, Wagner Falls (free) ,Horseshoe Falls $. Pack a picnic lunch, drinks & chair (Note: Waterfall itinerary not set in stone yet!)

10:00 - 2 pm Jane leads you to Scenic views & some climbing. Mt. Marquette and Gobbler’s Nob/Thomas Rock.
Lunch at the Lumberjack Bar ($) Optional: Sugarloaf Mountain

2:30 (?) Lakenenland Tour of Sculptures Hike
