Region 1 Elections
Region 1 is preparing for the upcoming election of Region Officers in accordance with the Region 1 Bylaws.
Under the bylaws, the Region President is responsible for selecting a Nominating Committee no later than June 1. The Nominating Committee will review potential candidates and provide its report and recommendations to the Region Board no later than September 1.

Region 1 Nominating Committee
The Region 1 Nominating Committee is a short-term committee appointed to support the officer election process by identifying and recommending candidates for open Region Officer positions.
The members of the Region 1 Nominating Committee are:
- Clifford Holensworth
- Cole Pirelli
- Gary Conboy
Election Timeline
- June 1: Region President selects the Nominating Committee.
- September 1: Nominating Committee report and recommendations due to the Region Board.
- October 1: Official ballot sent to local club presidents.
- October 20: Ballots due to the Region Secretary.
- Before November 1: Election results announced to Region membership.
- December 1: Newly elected officers certified to Headquarters.
