REGISTRATION:
Q1: How do we register for the International Rally?
You can register for Rally2027 right here. Be sure to review the full registration details before beginning the registration process. If you have any questions, please read on or email rally@airstreamclub.org.
Q2: What are my camping options?
This year we’re offering the following camping options:
- On-Site Electric – Traditional rally camping right on the fairgrounds, with a minimum of 30-amp service.
- Off-Grid Plus – A limited number of sites that offer an upgraded off-grid experience with water and sewer hook-ups.
- Off-Grid – A classic rally experience for those who prefer dry camping (no hookups, no pump-outs, no water delivery).
- Offsite – Stay at a nearby campground or lodging of your choice and still join the fun. Full rally passes and day passes are available.
Visit the Camping page on AirstreamClub.org/Rally2027 for all of the details on campsites, facilities, etc.
Q3: What are the registration and camping fees?
You can find the registration and camping fees on the Registration page on AirstreamClub.org/Rally2027.
Q4: What is the cancellation policy?
You’ll find the complete cancellation policy on the Registration page on AirstreamClub.org/Rally2027, including deadlines and roll-over options.
Q5: May we attend the entire rally without having our Airstream parked on site?
Yes, you may register for the rally without paying any camping fee. Please visit the Registration page on AirstreamClub.org/Rally2027 for details on rally passes for off-site attendees.
Q6: What is the difference between an Off-site Registration and a Day Pass?
Members who wish to stay in a hotel or at a nearby campground are considered "Off-Site" registrations. They pay the rally fee and attend the whole rally with the same privileges as members staying on-site in their campers. Day passes are for a specific day and allow the member or guest to attend all activities for that day but does not include any meals, gifts, pins, or other giveaways.
Q7: What are my options for a hotel stay during the rally?
We will post hotel and other options in Rock Springs soon.
Q8: Will being an International, Region or Club Officer give me a priority with registration?
No. All registrations are processed on a first-come, first-served basis.
Q9: Do Rally Committee Chairs or volunteers get priority with registration?
No. All registrations are processed on a first-come, first-served basis.
Q10: We’re traveling together in one Airstream but have two membership numbers. Are we eligible for two lifetime member discounts?
Yes, one person should register with an RV on site plus one adult, and the other as no RV on site and one adult.
Q11: What if something comes up and I need to cancel my registration?
Refund requests are to be submitted in writing to rally@airstreamclub.org. Please review the NO EXCEPTION CANCELLATION & TRANSFER POLICY. NO refunds will be issued after June 12, 2027. No Exceptions. If you might have to cancel after that day, please consider obtaining travel insurance.
Q12: What is a Day Pass and where do I purchase one?
Day passes can be purchased from the Cashier at the Welcome Area during General Parking and then at Member Services for the remainder of the rally. All Day Passes are non-refundable.
- Guests - A member who has paid to attend the Rally may arrange for their guest(s), who is not a member or is a past member of ACI to receive a daily guest pass. These passes will be valid for one (1) day. View guest pass fees on the Registration page.
- Members - A member who hasn’t paid to attend the Rally may purchase a Day Pass to attend events at the Rally. These passes are valid for one (1) day. Prices are the same as a Guest Day Pass (see above).
- Day Pass attendees (members or guests) may attend all events (with the exception of meals) on the day they have paid for. Day Pass attendees are not entitled to any complimentary promotional items or meals.

Sweetwater Events Complex / Airstream Rally
BRN FIRSTNAME LASTNAME
3320 Yellowstone Road

Q15: What are the facilities at the Sweetwater Events Complex?
You can find all of the details about the facilities at the complex on the Camping page.
Q16: Can I rent a golf cart or bring my own?
Yes and yes. Golf cart rentals are available. More details will be available on the Rally Add-Ons page as we get closer to rally.
Q17: Wi-Fi: Does free Wi-Fi exist, and where?
Strong Wi-Fi exists in the main buildings but not in the general parking areas.
Q18: Are we allowed to have campfires?
You are welcome to have a fire at your campsite, as long as it's contained in a metal ring. A screen is recommended to contain embers from catching in the wind. Campsites do not have fire rings or picnic tables.
Q19: What is the policy concerning political displays?
The Airstream Club is committed to creating a welcoming, inclusive, and enjoyable environment for all members and guests. In keeping with this spirit, and to preserve the focus on fellowship, travel, and camping, political campaigning and displays of partisan political materials are not permitted at official Airstream Club events.
This includes, but is not limited to:
- Political flags or banners
- Campaign signs or stickers
- Politically themed hats, pins, or clothing with slogans or logos
- Distribution of campaign literature or materials
- Active campaigning or soliciting support for candidates, parties, or ballot measures
We’re camping, not campaigning.
To ensure everyone can enjoy our events free from political tension or division, we kindly ask all attendees to leave political expressions at home.
This policy applies to:
- Campsites within the rally or event grounds
- Club-organized tours, seminars, meetings, caravans and social events
- Exhibitor booths or displays
- Club merchandise sales and promotional materials
This policy does not restrict personal, non-disruptive conversations. We simply ask that visible political displays be kept out of the event space.
Q20. Do we need to bring extra hoses, power cords, and adapters?
Yes. Please bring two 25-ft water hoses or longer, as the utilities are behind the campsites. Bring an additional electric cord and a 50-to-30 amp adapter if your trailer is 30 amp. Some more information:
- We realize the desire to keep additional equipment and costs at a minimum.
- Please understand that the 1,300 RV sites have significant differences, mainly based on their construction date.
- In addition, the length of our Airstreams also varies significantly, from a 20’ Basecamp to a 33’ Classic. Complicating matters is the varying placement of the utility connections on our Airstreams: some are in front of the tires, and some are behind.
- The guidance above should ensure a successful initial connection to the Sweetwater Events full hookups, regardless of which site, the specifics of your Airstream, and where you park your Airstream.
Additional suggestions:
- While not necessary for roughly two-thirds of the sites, some configurations and differences between Airstreams may require 30’ of sewer hose. Perhaps even 40’ for exceptionally long trailers. We recommend the typical factory length of 20’, but given the relatively inexpensive cost, we suggest a) bringing up to 30’ - 40’ of sewer, b) being prepared to order additional from Amazon, or c) seeing if you can purchase locally if needed.
- Consider keeping your receipt and leaving the “tags” on the expensive electrical cables. If you don’t need it, you can easily return it.
PARKING, ARRIVAL & DEPARTURE:
Q21: When will Rally parking begin?
General parking is Saturday, June 26, 2027 8 am-5 pm. You may select an earlier parking arrival date of June 23, 24 or 25 when registering.
Anyone arriving after 5 pm beginning on June 23 may stay in the staging area, remain hitched, and dry camp overnight until the Rally Arrival Team opens the parking gates at 8 am. Anyone who arrives between 8 am-5 pm prior to their registered arrival date will be charged $75 per night to be parked in their campsite before their registered parking date. However, you cannot be parked before Wednesday, June 23, 2027. Please try your best to pre-register for the day you want to park in your camping spot: the Rally Arrival Team thanks you!
Q22: Can I park with my buddy?
The parking team will make every effort to park you with your friends, but you must arrive together. Please review the following information that will help us help you park with a group:
- Please plan to meet offsite and caravan to the grounds together.
- Want to park with your Home Club or in any group of ten or more Airstreams? Groups of ten or more Airstreams arriving together should register as a Traveling Group. Learn more about Traveling Groups on the registration page. Contact your Home Club president to learn about arrangements to park with your Home Club.
- If you are planning to park in a Traveling Group, everyone in the Group needs to be registered to arrive the same day.
- If you are planning to park with any of the Parking Groups, be sure to select that group when you register: ADA and all Intra-Clubs.
The deadline for parking group requests/changes is June 1, 2027.
In short, as amazing and extraordinary as our volunteer parking crew is, we likely will not be able to accommodate requests for special parking at the time of your arrival if you haven't made arrangements per the above guidelines.
Q23: Can I keep my tow vehicle parked with my trailer at the campsite?
Yes, and you'll be able to unhitch to come and go as you please. You can drive your vehicle up to one of the designated parking areas near the buildings to attend functions. You will be issued a hang tag that must remain visible in your vehicle at all times.
Q24: For members staying offsite, will my vehicle that I drive to and from the rally be able to park close to the activities?
Yes, parking will be available. You will be issued a hang tag that must remain visible in your vehicle at all times.
Q25: Will the Interstate, Rangeline and Atlas units be parked in their own area or dispersed throughout the facility?
Interstate, Rangeline and Atlas units are parked based on arrival time and will be parked amongst the rest of the Airstreams, not in a separate area.
Q26: Will Interstate, Rangeline and Atlas members be able to move their rigs in and out of the area, as others can move their tow vehicles to go shopping, empty tanks, etc.?
Yes, you will be able to move in and out of the parking spots throughout the campgrounds. You will be issued a hang tag that must remain visible in your vehicle at all times.
Q27: How long does the rally last and when do I leave?
The rally officially kicks off with Opening Ceremonies Saturday evening, June 26. You can come and go from your campsite as you please all week long. The rally ends late on Thursday evening, July 1, so departure day is by noon on Friday, July 2. It's OK if you can't stay until the very end of the rally. We'll be sad to see you go early, but no one is going to stop you if you take off before Friday.
On the contrary, you can stay camped at the Sweetwater Events Complex after the rally. Details to follow about the Stay & Play in Rock Springs on the Rally Add-Ons page.
EXHIBITORS:
Q28: Will exhibitors be at the rally?
Yes, the Exhibitor Show will be Sunday-Wednesday 9:00AM-4:00 PM and Thursday 9:00 AM-12:00 PM. As exhibitors sign up, we’ll be updating them on the rally website.
VOLUNTEERING:
Q29: How can I volunteer for a committee?
You can sign up to volunteer through Sign Up Genius on the Volunteering & Giving Back page. Ask anyone who's been there before, volunteering is a fun way to meet people at the rally!
CHILDREN:
Q30: Are there activities for the children?
The rally will have children's activities programmed throughout rally. Children must be included in the registration to be eligible to attend the kids camp activities.
PETS:
Q31: Can we bring our pets?
Yes, please make plans to bring your furry friends per the following On-Grounds Pet Policy.
GENERAL:
Q32: Where do I find the Rally schedule and exhibitor list?
The rally schedule, activities and exhibitors, as well as the special gatherings for each region and intra-club will be available on the rally website as well as in Cvent - the rally app.
Q33: How can I connect with fellow attendees before the Rally starts?
Consider joining the Rally2027 Facebook Group! Here you can connect with fellow attendees, exhibitors and sponsors, local businesses and more! Also be sure to follow the Rally Facebook Page for updates before, during and after rally.
