I am the widow of Hardy Strozier, who passed away suddenly from an unexpected heart attack the last night of the 2025 ACI Annual Rally in York, PA, on Aug. 28, 2025 while walking our dog, Sadie, after we attended the Rally Closing Ceremony. At that Rally, Hardy & I signed up and paid for the 2026 Rally in Minot, ND. This past Sat., we held Hardy's Celebration of Life on the 7-month anniversary of that night. It was a moving time and provided healing with closure for our family & friends. For many reasons, I will not be attending the 2026 Rally and I am requesting a cancellation and refund of the fees we paid.
