I am writing to request your understanding and support regarding a refund for the Airstream Rally that I am unable to attend.
I know I am past the refund deadline, but I am currently navigating a challenging situation. As I go through a divorce, I recently uncovered some deeply troubling circumstances involving my soon-to-be ex-wife and my six-year-old son. In light of these revelations, I must attend court to ensure my son’s safety and well-being.
Unfortunately, the court date coincides with the week of the event, leaving me no choice but to miss out on what I was looking forward to.
I understand that policies are in place, but I genuinely hope you can consider making an exception during this difficult time.
