Refund Notes: Hi, I am sorry to have to request a cancellation for our reservation to attend the York International Rally, but our tow vehicle was involved in a traffic accident and the Insurance Company cannot even tell me when they will make a decision to repair or total it. Thankfully we were not hurt, but there is just no way our truck will be repaired or replaced in time to attend the International Rally. This also means that I will not be doing a historical presentation about the Club’s 70th Anniversary, so please cancel that presentation from the schedule. We are so sorry to have to do this, but options to attend without our Airstream are not feasible for us and the deadline for getting all but the $50 cancellation fee back is tomorrow, so we cannot wait any longer to make a decision.
