Refund Notes: Good morning Debbie, Thank you for the tour info. Unfortunately, it looks like we will not make it to Sedalia. We were supposed to join our Top of Georgia group in Arkansas today for the final days before arriving on the 1st of October, but we are still stuck on the east coast of Florida. Rain continues but winds are down to 25. Checking on road conditions in the FL panhandle and another route through GA, it appears that clearing will start today. Flooding is a real problem. There are widespread power outages northwest FL which means fuel can't be pumped even if it is available. Most campgrounds are closed. Consequently, the tickets for Annette and myself will be lost. I will offer them, if it is possible to transfer them, to others in the Georgia group. Of course, the ACI rally fee and our Region 3 luncheon fees will be lost as well. I think I can't drive 4 straight 350 mile days safely and my wife is still in the recovery phase from a mild heart attack a week ago although the cardiologist cleared her to travel yesterday. Refund Notes: We need to cancel our complete registration. This would have been our first AI Rally bit Hurricane Helene had a different idea. The eye sat over Greenville , SC where we live. Two nights earlier we lost power and internet due to a lightning strike. SC has more power outages than GAand parts of FLA. Duke Power is still in the accessing mode and earliest prediction for power is Oct 4-5. Power lines down, roads closed due to downed trees, no power means no fuel. No power also where we store our 27fb and I can't get there because of Helene's rath. Also, they lost electricity and the gate will not operate. No idea when we can see if it's damaged. The good news is that we are alive and not injured. So many sad stories about the destruction and loss of first responders lives. I hope that you understand why we cannot attend.
