Refund Notes: Hello from Western North Carolina which has been hit by hurricane Helene. We are registered for the International and were expecting to arrive with our club caravan on October 4th but cannot travel due to all roads closed here. We live in the township of Laurel Park and have many trees down, a flooded basement and possibly roof damage but we cannot access the roof for inspection until some limbs are cleared. I literally mean all roads are impassable in our neighborhood due to downed trees and the entire county is under a do not travel order except emergency due to downed trees and flooding. Power will not be restored here for a least a week and some estimates are for much longer due to power lines and poles being destroyed. The governor has declared a state of emergency for our state with emphasis on the western part of the state. We had planned to leave this Sunday the 29th to travel to the International rally arriving on October 4. We can no longer do that due to tis disaster. Is a refund possible under these circumstances? Thank you- Phil and Cathy Drake BRN 5789
