Refund Notes: Pursuant to my conversation today with Amber, I (Cecily Bateman)am e-mailing to unfortunately cancel our registration for the International Rally this fall. My husband Rodney Bateman and I were so excited — we are new Airstream owners, and it was going to be our first Rally. However, we just found out that we are going to have a grand baby — our first — this fall. The timing conflicts with the Rally, and our daughter and son-in-law live in New England — so the trips from our home in Louisiana cannot be piggybacked.
Accordingly, we are requesting cancellation of our registration and the refund of our $625 fee (which we paid last September) less the $50 cancellation fee. We would like the balance of $575 to be put back on our Discover credit card ending in 7119 if possible. If not, we can give you a new card number for the refund. Our Big Red number is 30988.
My phone number is 985-630-5012. Please let me hear from you regarding the cancellation. We regret it very much, and we hope to make the Rally next year which appears to be in the same direction as our new grandchild.

5/23/24 After the refund was sent; Cecily filed a dispute. She called HQ and said that it was not a credit, but another charge. I voided her cc refund and a check was mailed-AH
