Due to severe regional wildfires in Washington, where we are currently as part of our trip to Minot, local air quality has deteriorated to dangerous levels. As an individual with asthma, exposure to this wildfire smoke poses an immediate and acute health hazard, making it impossible for me to travel or attend the event safely so we are starting our return to San Diego today, August 4, 2026.
