This is a popular park so don't delay in making your reservations. Dan and Jennifer Dice (NTxAC Vice President) are hosting this campout which happens alongside Highland Village's “Red, White, and Blue” Celebration. Our weekend here will include a Highland Village Fireworks show over Lake Dallas—this is a beautiful campground and we have the best part of it blocked for our group! Call 940-455-2228 for reservations; Dana is particularly helpful but only works there Sunday, Wednesday, and Friday. Jeff works Mondays and Thursdays and knows about our group too. Sites are either 30 or 50 amp with water (there is also a dump station). When you call identify yourself with the Airstream group under Permit #41765 (David Brandon). Electric and water for $35 or $28 (over 62 years old).

FRIDAY
After setting up your site, feel free to find the crowd (we'll gather wherever we have shade)
7:00 Happy Hour--BYOB drinks, snacks, and sweets
SATURDAY
9:00 AM Bring your coffee; light breakfast provided.
10:00 AM Club meeting--bring any questions about the upcoming votes for the proposed amendments.
11:00 AM - 5:00 PM Play in the lake, hang out with friends, immerse yourself in a book, whatever recharges you!
5:00 PM Gather for Viking Bowling and Happy Hour
6:30 PM Nacho Taco Bar (sign up contributions here)
7:30 PM Special Dessert Party (just bring your beverage of choice)
9:00 PM (or thereabouts) Red, White, and Blue fireworks show
SUNDAY
9:00 AM Coffee and "see ya' down the roads"
