OAC Chili and Chowder Challenge at Champoeg

The Challenge: Got a recipe that puts you head and shoulders above the crowd? Got game in the kitchen? Bring your crockpot and show us what you got! There’s room for 3-5 entrants* for each night and of course we will all get to be the judge for the People’s Choice Awards! * If you want to be included as an entrant, let us know which might you want to participate when you register.

Meals:

• Thursday night welcome dinner of homemade mac and cheese, a BLT salad, garlic bread and brownies awaits you. And Let the festivities begin! 
• Friday breakfast is biscuits and gravy. Friday night is the Chili Challenge. Provided: corn bread, applesauce and “build your own sundae” bar.
• Saturday morning is french toast and sausage plus a yogurt bar.
• Saturday night is the Chowder Challenge. Provided: coleslaw, rolls and cookies.
• Sunday morning a grab and go breakfast is available. And you have yourself a culinary weekend that is sure to make you smile!
