Griffin Park offers many fun outdoor activities as well as a quiet place to escape from your busy life. You can enjoy the river from either a raft or by putting your chair on the spacious riverbank. The park offers expansive green areas to run dogs or just take a long walk. It is such fun to watch the jet boats fly by and even more fun to go on one of their dinner cruises. Throw your line in to fish for Salmon, Steelhead or Trout. There is a large day use area to be used for a variety of activities. Visit the Wildlife Images, a non-profit wildlife rehabilitation and education center. Blow your own glass at Glass Forge. Do some tastings at the wineries nearby. Check out several local farms that offer fresh veggies or tasty cheeses.
