We are dry camping on the grounds of the Ouray County Ranch History Museum in Ridgway at the foot of the San Juan Sneffels Range.
The rally focus is on the old West in historic Ridgway, but there will also be plenty of opportunities for jeeping, hot springs, good food, hiking, photography, True Grit and geology tours, and scenic drives in the area.
This rally coincides with the Telluride Mushroom Festival, which features workshops, forays, lectures, culinary events, and celebrations centered around mushrooms and fungi culture. 5-day passes for one person: $450. Day passes for $125 MAY be available. The festival parade is free.
