Back for a look at how those NTAC folks live!  Please join us for a “Joint Rally” with the North Texas Airstream Club (NTxAC) at the North Texas Airstream Community (NTAC)!

Cooks and Spaghetti Sauce Artists!! 
Bring your game for the Best Spaghetti Sauce Competition!

Please bring your own beverage and set-ups.   

 Friday, January 13                          

  • Arrival and Setup – mingle in the Rally Room or at the Pavilion, take a walk around NTAC.
  • 5:30 PM Meet at the pavilion (weather permitting) or Rally Room for heavy hors d’oeuvres/potluck, socializing and games. 

                                                                                         Saturday, January 16

  • 7:30-9:00 AM Breakfast to be provided.   If you want to help, please contact Scott Graham, srgraham56@sbcglobal.net.
  • 9:00-10:00 AM NTxAC Business Meeting at the pavilion (weather permitting) or in the Rally Room.
  • 9:00-5:30 PM Hang around and visit or for those wanting an outing, here are some near attractions:
    • Homestead Heritage 603 Dry Creek Road, Waco, TX
      • An Agrarian and craft-based community about 30 minutes south of Hillsboro (www.homesteadheritage.com). 
      • The craft village includes pottery, blacksmithing, woodworking and fiber crafts, a grist mill, and a cheese cave.  There is also a café, General Store, Quilt Store, and food market.  
    • Czech Stop (http://www.czechstop.net/) This popular stop right along I 35 (on the west side) in West, Texas has some of the best sausages and kolaches around, plus a store full of cool stuff.  I35, Exit 353
    • Magnolia Market/Silos (www.magnolia.com) Founded by Johanna and Chip Gaines, of Fixer Upper fame.
      • Some of the best cupcakes you have ever had, and a number of food trucks/trailers, with a sitting and strolling area, if the weather is nice.  Located at 601 Webster Ave, Waco, TX
  • 1:00 PM Pasta Making Lessons in the Rally Room – Our goal is to try and make enough pasta for Saturday Evening Dinner
    • If interested in learning or helping to make Pasta sign up on the Guest List.
    • Bring your Pasta Machine if you own one               
  • 5:30 PM Spaghetti Sauce Cook Off & Potluck supper
    • Hosted by Jennifer Dice and Scott Graham.
      • Prizes awarded:  
        • Best Meat Sauce
        • Best Marinara Sauce  
      • Everybody is a judge for this one!!
      • Please bring your own beverage and set-ups.
      • Sign up with Reservation hosts and add your name to the Guest List if you want to compete!
    • Those not competing please bring: 
      • Salads
      • Garlic bread
      • Side to share or desert! 
      • See Guest List to sign up for what is needed.  
    • Games in the Rally Room after dinner.

 Sunday, January 16

  • 7:30-9:00 AM Coffee & Donuts in the Rally Room.
  • Departure at your leisure……or stay another night.

Rally rate is $30 (subject to any annual rate changes) per night and includes full hook-ups.  Cash or Check only (made out to NTAC). 
HOTC members - give payment to Vickie Graham upon arrival.
NTxAC members - give payment to Lynne Mack upon arrival.
